New Site Specific Installation of "Still Here" at Knickerbocker Ice Festival
The Knickerbocker Ice Festival is returning to Rockland Lake State Park on January 24-25, 2026. This year, a new site-specific installation titled "Still Here" will be unveiled on the east side of the lake, nestled in a serene wooded area. This installation honors the enduring presence and resilience of the Ramapough Munsee Lenape women, whose history is deeply intertwined with the land surrounding Rockland Lake.
